Attorney Representation for Settlement Negotiations

Description

This attorney representation service provides up to three hours of focused settlement communications in your family law case. The attorney will communicate with you and the opposing party, or their legal counsel if they are represented, to work toward resolving the outstanding issues in your matter. The service includes time spent reviewing your case file, current case status, and any previous court orders, which will not count against the three-hour communication limit. Communications may take place via email, phone, or in person. Please note that this service does not include drafting or reviewing a written settlement agreement. If the negotiation process exceeds three hours and a settlement agreement has not yet been completed, an additional flat fee will be required to continue. This service also does not involve the attorney filing a notice of appearance on your behalf. All services must be approved by an attorney before the attorney-client relationship begins. If not approved, a full refund will be issued. All fees are flat-rate, earned upon receipt, non-refundable, and agreed upon as reasonable at the time of payment. The total cost is $1,885, with the option to pay in four monthly installments of $500 through Affirm.
